หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Deep Investigation: Not just UI testing—expected to verify API logs and data correctness behind the scenes.
• Communication: Strong communication skills are essential. Must be able to coordinate effectively with Developers, QA, and Business teams across different squads to clarify requirements and report issues.
• Logical Thinking: Good understanding of system flows and business logic to cover edge cases.
• Proactive: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively follow up on blockers or defects.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in software testing.
• Test Execution: Execute manual test cases for Mobile Applications (Native/Flutter) and Web Portals, ensuring high quality for Business Banking features.
• Technical Testing (Special Consideration)
• Proficiency in Interceptor Tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Proxyman, Burp Suite) is highly preferred.Candidate must be able to inspect traffic, analyze API Request/Response, and debug issues between App and Backend.
• Familiarity with API Testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Test Artifacts: Design, execute, and maintain test cases/scenarios based on complex business requirements.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects in Jira using proper evidence (Logs, Screenshots, Recordings) and follow up until resolution.
• Domain Knowledge: Background in Banking, Financial Services (Business Banking), or Payment systems is a plus.
• Work Arrangement: Able to work on-site 1-3 days a week (Hybrid).
