หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage consumable supplies and ensure optimal inventory level in terms of business continuity and storage space - Track consumable level on a daily basis and solve relevant issues - Interface with suppliers to manage consumable inbounding schedules - Maintain and monitor functional metrics to ensure the achievement of annual cost saving and business's objective - Responsible on new sourcing, supplier negotiation, price comparison, contracting of business and establishment and maintenance of supplier relationships - PR/PO Process request, follow up and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests - Support team to cooperate with others functions including AP, SEA finance, Legal team and vendor for document preparation - Support finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments to and from suppliers - Monitor, control and follow up on yearly/end of contract of supplier and alert team - Other related tasks as assignment
