Senior Recruiter (Warehouse Bangna KM.23)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates by the targeted time -Screening and qualifying candidates, presenting shortlists to hiring manager and interviewing as needed -Administrate and maintain recruitment dashboard & tracker -Support managers to identify suitable recruitment channel -Coordinate with Regional team to support shared service headcount -Weekly and monthly report -Analyze recruit situation and attrition rate including retention plan -Facilitate new employee orientation, on-boarding program -Collaborate with the team to continue improve the recruitment process -Conduct recruitment activities such as job fair, campus recruitment, internship program, etc. -Control and supervise sub-ordinate

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field -Minimum 3-8 years recruitment experience -Able to conduct meeting in English / Good command of English -Able to work under pressure -Google drive experienced -Able to work at Shopee Warehouse (Bangna Km 23)
