HSE & Facility Team Lead (Bangna KM.23)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities Assist supervisor to develop and implement HSE management system and coordinate with regional safety team Set up and monitor Health, safety and environmental job/activities plan such as area/equipment inspection, contract service, emergency preparation, training, document review, measurement, reporting, legal registration, meeting, audit activities Implementation and monitor Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental in the workplace to comply with applicable HSE legislation, regulations, procedures and customer requirements Ensuring appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow up implemented program to eliminate/minimize potential risks could be happened Ensuring emergency preparedness and response plan is updated and practiced regularly Participate as required in investigation of accident, near missed and hazardous conditions. Timely and accuracy preparing reports and recommend actions to prevent recurrence Promoting safety programs to build safety awareness and culture Attend monthly Regional HSE meeting Being the internal trainer for safety orientation and any safety training programs Responsible for managing and controlling security guards Performs other related duties and assignments as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Heath and Safety 5 years of experience in HSE & facility management Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Coordinating skills Good command of both spoken, written English and computer literacy Google drive experienced Be able to work at Shopee Warehouse (Bangna Km 23)
