Recruitment (Outsource Management)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Handle end-to-end outsource recruitment agencies relationship with manpower such as contract employees -Be a contact person for internal stakeholders and the agencies (outsource vendors) -Initiate reports and provide information related to outsource employees such as headcount planning, work contract, and invoices. -Maintain and source for new manpower providers. -Update market on competitive package for Contract Workers and alignment with different vendors on a same package -Initiate the on boarding & off boarding of outsource employees. -Control cost and provide accurate monthly accruals. -Support managers to identify suitable recruitment channel -Weekly and monthly report -Conduct recruitment activities such as job fair, campus recruitment, internship program, etc. -Responsible for any assignment related to HR task as required by superior

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field -Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or related fields -Ability to work with data quality with strong analytical -Strong problem solving skills and knowledge of G Suite -Able to communicate in English -Able to work under pressure -Proficient in Microsoft (word, excel, power point) -Able to work at Shopee Warehouse (Bangna Km. 23)
