Cross Border Operation

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Coordinate with Regional teams, cross border sellers and warehouse operation to make the day-to-day operations go smoothly. •Collaborate with regional teams, sellers and other related teams to enhance CB warehouse operation. •Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and keep monitoring team's performance. •Manage inbound delivery capacity and delivery schedule day for CB seller with regional team and overseeing the delivery and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications. •Identify manpower needs for CB team in the level of monthly and daily to make the team able to operate effectively. •Prepare reports and analysis to facilitate management decision making •Other tasks as assigned, mostly operation and seller CB support related.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineer or similar fields At least 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations Solid knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations & processes, policy, and WMS systems is a plus. Excellence in using Microsoft Office Excel / Google Sheet Good English communication skill. Have creative thinking strong analytical skills and problem-solving. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solver and detail-oriented Able to work at Bangna KM.23
