Put away Team lead (สัญญาจ้าง 11 เดือน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensuring continuous creative improvement for put away process through problem identification and problem analysis Monitor and improve productivity for all function of Put Away team Deliver effective reporting such as utilization storage area Ensure that all products store in the right location with good condition Set up working process for zero damage/defect. Manage day-to-day order receiving in WMS with on time operation and accuracy Plan and communicate with sourcing team for weekly inbound plan. Deliver inventory (Put away) performance to align with plan Prepare monthly Report such as KPI, Put Away issue and etc. Lead and develop an inventory (Put away) function across the company direction that ensures the timely putting and optimises stock at all locations Deliver an inventory (Put away) strategy for sustainable benefits which inspires confidence through high quality service and engagement Deliver strong leadership, influencing and collaboration skills in working with the senior business teams on the strategy and execution of operational plans for the benefit of the company and long-term business success To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field At least 5 years of working experience for Inventory management (e-commerce is highly preferred) Experience in Inventory Put Away will be advantage Be able to communicate in English Problem solving skills and Conflict management Ability to work under deadlines and pressure Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Good team player Proficient with Microsoft Excel Able to work on shift and day-off when required
