หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Observe and assess OA performance in following collection procedures. 2. Conduct surprise phone monitoring calls to evaluate collection skills and script adherence. 3. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to OA supervisors and collectors for improved performance. 4. Audit OA activities to confirm adherence to collection policies and procedures. 5. Review daily account activity for effectiveness and identify potential fraud cases. 6. Analyze discrepancies between forecasted and actual OA performance. 7. Update performance dashboards and develop action plans to address performance gaps. 8. Prepare and assign workload to OAs, ensuring adherence to established guidelines. 9. Review OA organizational structure and resource allocation to support successful collection efforts. 10. Approve write-offs (haircut accounts) within designated limits.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor's degree in any field (Business Administration or Law preferred). 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in OA Management, Collection Supervisor, or a related field. 3. Experience in the credit card or financial services industry is a plus. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 6. Knowledge of collection industry regulations (e.g., Collection ACT). 7. Experience with collection software and performance dashboards. 8. Able to work on shift or weekend (Sat-Sun).
