หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Good service mind with the ability to handle customer’s complaint and enquiry - Time punctual and time well-managed - Positive thinking and logicall thinking knowing effects and cuases and be able to let go - Team player knowing self position and effect with team - Respect others as a human being, not gossip customer or put negative judgement on customer - Have sense of urgency from critical word trigger or emotional trigger - Prioritize self help and self learning before requesting from supporter

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides - Ability to work under tight time deadlines - Fluent in written and verbal Thai, limited working proficiency in written and verbal English - Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy - At least 1-year experience in contact center, or customer service related field - Basic computer literacy (typing skills with WPM competency of at least 35 test)
