หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job description： - To be the best Talent Acquisition partner with Business Unit - To be a trustable, reliable TA who can share and discuss the market trends and knowledge with the Line Manager Handle end to end recruitment process from getting requirement to follow up after on board - To source candidates using a variety of search methods to build up candidates pipeline - Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and face to face interview - Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiate employment terms - Manage onboarding and new hire process

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications： - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 1-3 years of recruiting experience is preferred - Good command in Thai and Chinese - Has high Self-Motivation and Ambition. - Able to work under pressure. - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing - Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust - Excellent organizational and time management skills Workplace: Unilever House, MRT Rama 9
