หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Draft and review all agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights. -Organize, implement, and supervise the implementation of the company's legal system, as well as the company's legal training. -Update business-related laws and regulations. -Support superior to Improve the legal business risk control system and provide compliance advice and suggestions. -Work closely with other departments on collection, litigation, and government relations agencies. -Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to business. Other duties as assigned 

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law -At least 5 years of work experience in legal. -2 years of work experience in Logistics industry is preferred. -Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures. -Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic and positive attitude. -Honest, hardworking, multi-tasking, and able to work under pressure. -Work attitude is rigorous, meticulous, serious, with a strong sense of responsibility, and a good spirit of teamwork. -Language expression ability, strong writing ability, and the ability to quickly draft all kinds of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
