หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for a full life cycle of Human Resources Business partners, compliance with labor laws & regulations, and corporate policy, including all HR practices for the company. • Implement HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes by working closely with all function heads and assisting line managers to understand all policies and procedures. • Provide HR guidance for disciplinary action and advise line manager regarding HRM functions, HR issues, and labor relations in line with company policies and best practices. • Collaborate with management teams to identify opportunities and areas for improvement to help the organization and its people perform better. • Keep up to date with trends and best practice in the HR areas. • Support other roles, projects, and operational issues within HR team as required.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. • At least 2-3 extensive experiences working in HRBP, HR Strategy and strong HR concept and excellent execution in the diversified workplace. • Good command of Thai and Chinese (HSK5 and above). • Good at analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.
