หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• CS & Client Management: Manage VIP client relationships, resolve delivery issues, monitor parcel status, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Project & Reporting: Prepare client performance reports, conduct competitor analysis, and monitor business performance through dashboards.
• Billing & Finance: Handle client billing, rebates, disputes, and rate card updates in line with contract terms.
• Contract & Renewal: Manage contract renewals and service agreements to retain business volume and strengthen client relationships.
• Claims Management: Monitor and resolve claims within the required timeline and provide weekly compensation summaries.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, or business related
• Able to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat, Sat WFH)
• Minimum of 1-3 year’s experience of Customer Service or Key Account Management
• Fluent in Thai, Proficiency in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
