Asset Management Supervisor (Chinese skill)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities · Review and approve all acquisitions and dispositions related to fixed asset in to system. · Responsible for managing fixed asset and depreciation accounts. · Ensure compliance with fixed asset policy and procedures. · Provide supporting in new investment project and collaborate with business unit on project. · Verify accuracy of CAPEX reporting to support management decision making. · Ensure the correctness and completeness of asset transactions, analysis report and details. · Conduct periodic physical inventory cycle counts of fixed assets. · Review fixed asset reporting at month end as part of monthly financial closing. · Provide guidance to team in relation to fixed asset processes and procedures. · Other tasks assigned by manager. Qualification · Bachelor Degree in Accounting or a relevant field. · Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting and Fixed Asset is a plus. · Familiar with MS Office and ERP functions. · Experience in express company is preferred. · Detail oriented, self-disciplined and with great integrity and ability to work independently under pressure. · Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. · Good writing and speaking in English with additional Chinese are preferred.
