Responsible for leading Team Members and Team Coordinator
Plan and lead testing for all phases of scheduled releases
Prepare/review testing documentations, including test scripts, test cases and test scenarios
Analyse test cases and provide regular progress reports
Implement testing activities in various types of Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Hybrid-Water-Fall, Agile methodology, short-full cycle, fast track)
Handle overall core activities of test efforts
Execute test reporting including analysis of data gathered producing detailed high quality

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
Strong familiarity with various Project Management software tools, Methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and Best Practices
Potential to handle a leadership/lead role and strong decision-making skills.
Good responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
