Accounting Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Review, create, develop and implement internal controls regarding of the cash collection and billing process • Accountable for day-to-day track on Accounts Receivable and Revenue to ensure accounting records compliance • Ensure AR transaction will be recorded in correct codes/Cost center and collection will be executed timely • Coordinate and work as a team with all related internal and external parties to ensure the operational efficiency • Coordinate with the commercial team • Perform AR Aging report and review cash collection tracker • Manage revenue and revenue-relating accounts and support monthly closing activity • Control AR posting for month end closure process • Other ad hoc projects and analysis that may be delegated

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, experience in revenue billing cycle, account receivables and collection would be advantage • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus • Ability to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders • Good understanding of financial accounting • Good communications skill, detail oriented. • Positive attitude, good team player, multi-tasking, friendly and trustworthy, and familiar with multinational working environment • Ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced environment with “Can-do” attitude
