Safety Specialist (Warehouse / DC)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Certified Professional Safety Officer (Required by law).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing safety management.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation techniques, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard identification processes.
• Investigate workplace incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Design and deliver safety training programs and lead safety awareness initiatives.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and cross-functional teams to enforce and maintain safety practices.
• Establish and manage safety systems independently from the ground up.
• Serve as the Certified Professional Safety Officer in accordance with Thai labor law.
