หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement strategic and tactical sourcing and procurement for company • Managing end-to-end Sourcing project and procurement initiatives for both trading goods and raw materials • Liaises with key stakeholders to determine their product and service needs • Monitoring the effectiveness of suppliers in terms of quality and pricing. • Propose Purchase policies to business and function lead and implement when they are approved • Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on order • Continuously comparison and negotiates to make sure the company gets the best possible prices on needed supplies • Working to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive significant cost savings, revenue increasing while maintain the quality and delivery performance of suppliers • Document purchasing processes, such as workflows, procedure to align with quality system and environment system requirement • Give the directions/guidelines to improve supplier delivery performance and supplier evaluating. • Manage materials sourcing activities to support the team and perform the annual negotiations with suppliers in order to optimize the materials supply portfolio and lowest the total Supply Chain cost. • Predict the optimum material purchase based on sales forecast while maintain the highest service level and the lowest inventory amount. • Determine needs, develop strategies, plan and provide procurement sources in support of Sales & Marketing team, and manufacturing needs. • Develop alternative sources for key materials then coordinate and expedite the approvals. • Provide market trend and relevant information to internal concerns and customers. • Evaluate, report and manage supplier performance and improvement based on scorecard matrix from supply point of view. • Develop and evaluate individuals to ensure the efficient operation of the function. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

- Over 10 years of experience in Sourcing and procurement - Has previous exposure in a supervisory role in Sourcing/Procurement - Strong team and stakeholder management skills - University degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related area - Good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written, Chinese is advantage - Background working in matrix organization - Able to work at Omnoi (Samutsakorn area) Petchkasem 91 and every other Saturday
