Energy Audit Team Leader

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• JOB PURPOSE: • To execute energy audits on air-conditioning systems as part of the company’s business development initiative. • To monitor / assist other components of the business. KEY REPONSIBILITIES: • To establish auditing requirements (schedule preparation, scope of audit, audit budget/costing, risk assessment, deployment of equipment, use of third-party contractors, rental of equipment and etc). • To communicate directly with the client. This includes, but not limited to, arranging for site visits, request for information/documents/drawings, request of technical assistance from client during site visit and audit. Among other things, also to coordinate with Client on paperwork requirements (such as application of Hot Work Permit). • To ensure that all audit activities are executed by the Audit Team (and by third-party contractors, if applicable) according to plan. • To ensure that the Audit Team complies with all safety requirements. This includes both personnel safety (such as the use of PPE), job site Safety Requirements or applicable local Safety Regulations. • To ensure all that audit requirements are achieved, and any applicable standards are satisfied. • To be personally involved in the assurance or verification of the audited results. • To prepare report and brief Management on the audit outcome. This will include recommendations. • To ensure that all auditing equipment properly kept and maintained. In addition, key equipment shall be calibrated annually, or according to Manufacturer’s recommendation. • Able to train energy auditors to install field instrumentations (power analyzer, flowmeter, temperature sensors) and assess the condition of HVAC equipment. • Provide technical support to other departments, namely Operations & Maintenance, Business Development and Contracts / Procurement where needed.
