หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Review detail scope of work scope as specified in the O&M Contract with client. • Setting up new contract requirement, including time estimates, staffing, materials, equipment and costs. • Consistently presents KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd and its services in a positive manner to the client. • Responsible for investigating, implementing corrective action, monitoring, verifying the effectiveness as well preventive action to customer complaints. • Supervise and evaluate the work of employees; effectively recommends personnel actions related to selection, disciplinary procedures, performance, training, and development, leaves of absence, grievance to Human Resource Department. • Establish energy conservation projects with assistance from MD and Engineering Manager by providing suggestions based on actual site operational information. • Prepares, implements, and monitor departmental budget. • Confers with supplier / subcontractor and evaluates new or different products utilized in operation and maintenance programs, recommends the purchase of new or different products based on efficiency and economy considerations. • Coordinate and supervise all operation and maintenance activities. • Carry out any other assignment as assigned by management from time to time. • Analyze performance of each projects for cost management, energy production, and efficiency • Oversees subcontractors and OEM deliverables and commitments • General QHSE management and monitoring and ensure all sites KPI’s are achieved • Liaison with authorities as when required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Degree in Engineering Field - Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering fieldwork, preferably in HVAC or Mechanical & Electrical - Good fundamental Engineering knowledge in HVAC system. - Knowledge of computer software e.g. AutoCAD - Excellent negotiation, organizational, planning and prioritization skills. - Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
