หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Contacting prospect clients for recruitment services and planning for sale visit to build the relationship with them • Searching and analyzing resumes/applicants to match the client's requirement by using online and offline recruitment channel including cold-call/head-hunting method. • Understanding and maintaining the quality services to clients and candidates by matching skills of candidate to client’s needs. • Maintaining and developing the relationship with the existing clients and potential candidate. • Handling the recruitment assignments by developing search strategies, screening the existing database, sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates and recommending them to clients. • Managing recruitment assignment to be completed within agreed timeline. • Perform variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service (ie. preparing candidate’s resume, storing candidate profile into database system, etc.) • Any other duties assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field. Atleast 1 year of experience working in a recruitment section. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A pleasant personality, service mind, positive mindset and proactive. A very well-organised person. Good command of English.
