• Supplier Relationships -Negotiation and strategy for liquor suppliers -Rebate Program -Pernod Ricard ? set and monitor monthly performance of brand deal, ensuring maximization discount offered -Assist with any supply issue that warrants escalating from sales -Identity necessary trends in products in product availability -Coordinate with Marketing to maximize visibility and information on product promotion -Negotiation, in coordination with chef, for maximized efficiency on food purchasing usage, wastage, and inventory Audit -Individual Venue Audit-inventory, consumption, wastage-manual reporting, alight information with accounting on monthly inventory reports -Par Set up and monthly revision ? all outlets -Petty Cash usage and purchases -Weekly operational reports-covering customer spending Venue Support -Event Operational Support -Suggesting Selling Techniques based on branded products -POS Scheduling audit -Mentor for Venue Manager and staffing issues

• - Have acknowledgment in Revel Pos Program plus - Must speak excellent English and Thai. -Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members
