หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- -Provide first level end-user IT support(include help-desk/remote support) for Desktop/Laptops/Tablets/Mobiles. -Deployment of new equipment with standard software installation and configuration. -Troubleshoot basic infrastructure issues – network, servers, etc -Printer installation and configuration through print servers. -Escalate technical issues to vendors and follow up. -Inventory management/Asset tagging of hardware and software.
