หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1 Overall management of the factory's facilities including production, machining, planning and engineering. 2 Develop and implement the strategic and operational plans and lead the team to ensure that production, operational, quality and other objectives are exceeded. 3 Oversee procedures and processes to improve production productivity, product quality and services. 4 Oversee planning, utilization and improvement of overall facilities and manpower capacity and manufacturing process of the factory. 5 Maintain positive employee relationships within and between departments, intervening when necessary. 6 Manage, develop and mentor staff to ensure a positive quality focused culture within the production team yet provide a strong discipline. 7 Responsible for overall management of the production line to achieve delivery and quality targets. 8 Elimination for production faults, establishing ways of preventing technical faults and putting these into action 9 Provided guidance to all responsible departments to strictly exercise company rules & regulation and following to the quality systems of ISO 9001 and ensure production operation to be in line with ISO standard. 10 Responsible for people development activities and setting outstanding employee team. 11 Direct and co-ordinate the activities of production; prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications 12 review production orders and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates and prepare production plans 13 Establish strong working relations with functional managers
