• • Report to production manager • Prepare all CNC programs, tools and equipments following the drawing of the product. • To drive and execute all production job timely to meet project objective. • Direct and co-ordinate the activities of production department; prepare and coordinate work activities to ensure schedule and quality of work meets requirements. • Establish strong working relations with worker, supervisor and manager. • Responsible employee safety and occupational health and safety at work. • Training group leader in machine setup according to the manual and specification. • Lead and support 5S project to maintain and improve into an overall excellence for department.
