Affiliate KOL & Live Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Build and strengthen relationships with Affiliate, Influencer KOLs, Media Agencies, and Community to boost awareness of Liv Plus, drive sales conversion and its marketing activities.
• Identify and recruit potential Kols/Affiliate partners through outreach, networking and provide support, training and resources & materials as needed.
• Negotiate and finalise affiliate and KOLs agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations.
• Analyse affiliate/KOLs and Live Streaming performance data to identify trends, opportunities and other areas.
• Oversee target achievement, set plan/ strategies and execution for Affiliate, KOLs and Live-streaming platform , ensuring alignment with Sales goals
• Manage Affiliate/livestream/KOLs campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Live, Shoppee/Lazada and Instagram by benchmarking competitors and analyzing influencer performance
• Manage budgets and stock tracking for live streaming / Affiliate and KOLcampaigns; track ROI and prepare monthly reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams both internal and external to ensure communications are aligned with business priorities and resonate with key audiences.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree/ Master degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or communication roles, preferably within retail or health supplement
• Strong understanding of KOLs/Affiliate/Live Streaming marketing principles, strategies and best practices.
• Experience in working with KOLs and Affiliate marketing platforms, networks and tracking tools with the ability to multitask and prioritize work commitments.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and related KPIs.
• Proven to be a businessperson with strong analytical & logical thinking, strategic thinking, leadership, managerial, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English
