Responsible in Collecting data the time attendance of the employees, support payroll calculations, Conduct the reporting related to attendance for pay salary on time and accurately, Update and control employee profiles. - Record and summary time attendance record (Attendance, Leave, Overtime record etc.) for support Payroll calculation and payment. - Collect and report data of employee movement (Newcomer, Promote, Transfer, Resignation or Termination). - Control and report the Medical reimbursement. - Process, summary data and report Group Life & Accident Insurance. - Provide social security fund and workmen compensation fund with Social Security Fund for concerned issues. - Prepare newcomer accessory such uniform, stationaries and etc. - Distribute and Control uniform stock. - Document control and Entry all data of employees such leave form, rotation job and OT.

Qualifications: - Age 23 - 30 years old. - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields. - Minimum 1 – 3 years in Compensation, Welfare, Payroll process, Time attendance process (Time/ OT/ Leave/ Shift). - Having good knowledge in HR functions - Having good skills in Interpersonal communication, Teamwork and Service mind. - Having basic skills in English and Advance knowledge in Computer literacy (Excel, Word and Power Point).
