• Duties and responsibilities: 1. Ensure all bar areas are set up and ready for daily operations. 2. To meet and greet guests 3. Inform guests about the menu and take and prepare all beverage orders in a timely manner. 4. Process all orders correctly and efficiently through the POS system. 5. Ensure smooth delivery of all beverage orders to tables. 6. To follow all company safety and hygiene procedures. 7. To report to duty on time with correct uniform and grooming. 8. To attend all daily briefings. 9. To follow all cash handling/ bill policies and procedures 10. Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice. 11. To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
