• - Directly responsible for bakery area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of Sweet Poppy. - Ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests - Forecast bakery demands on a weekly basis to ensure efficient food production - Highly creative individual with a strong eye for artistry and design - In depth understanding of the various baking and pastry - Prepare breads and pastries, including fillings, proofing, baking and decorating as appropriate - Ability to speak English fluently - Be very organised and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment - Check inventory stock for bakery items on a regular basis - Take care of bakery and pastry for events, a la carte and special orders - A great cake decorator - cake testing is required - Thai nationality only
