• Job Description Responsible for sale forecast and plan strategies according to the target, manage product development team, control products concept, budget and handle good relationship with dealers and shops. Planning and setting Job scope according to the company policy as assignment. Forecasting, analyzing and planning marketing strategies according to sales target. Managing sales, setting sales strategies, expanding and researching market. Developing product, analyzing and controlling products concept. Responsibilities Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Minimum 3years working experience in Brand Management, Sales Management (experience in garment business will be an advantage). Good command of spoken, written and read English. Be leadership, negotiation, decision and convince build up skill. Good personality and focus on dressing and fashion. Good communication and relationship skills required.
