Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Background in construction, factory utility systems, and facility maintenance.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
Proficiency in document review and verification, with strong attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
Solid negotiation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with vendors and contractors.
Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, Terms of Reference (TOR), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
