หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ** Commercial ** ● Seller management: Acquiring new sellers to increase shop’s daily volume. Maintain good relationships to sellers. ● Competitor analysis: Surveying other competitors within areas and propose solutions for improvement. ● Lead in marketing activities within the region. All marketing launches must be delivered successfully to agent level. Come up with proposal ideas in using local media to build awareness within assigned areas. ● Initiating and being involved in new projects/products/updates e.g. Incentive Program, Sales Force, Process Improvement, Value Added Services, and other upcoming new items. ** Operation ** ● Overseeing shop performance within the region; Daily Volume, Headcount, Supplies, Incident reports, Cashier Settlement, Claims, Customer complaints, and other activities emerged within assigned region/shops. Setting up KPI for each topic while driving all activities to hit target. ● Monitoring operational issues at the shop; Inbound/Outbound Parcels, Peak Hours, Payment, Claims, System related. Issues must be monitored and escalated to relevant parties to resolve accordingly on time. ● Other assigned tasks from Ops Manager and above level. ● ดูแลพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครตอนใต้และปริมณฑล

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ● Bachelor Degree related fields. ● Minimum 1 year Experience as Shop Lead or Area Manager in the Express Logistics field. ● Ability to manage and control 30 HC+ ● Able to travel with a Driving License and Own Vehicle. ● Moderate to High Computer Skills; MS Office, Internet, Intranet. ● Strong communication skill for both written and verbal communication (in both Thai and English is advantageous)
