• Responsibilities include: -Understanding customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the Gold Elite Club . Qualification: -Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to elite clientele via phone, email, and/or chat -Research and fulfill interesting customer requests that include:dining, entertainment, travel, sports and recreation, tourist and city information, gifts, and almost anything imaginable -Work with service partners to provide unique products and experiences for customers -Use various resources to research and fulfill requests and use web-based and/or computer-based programs to assist customers, enter pertinent customer data, and process required information -Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution Requirements: -Thai FeMale Citizen with Age up to 30 years oldAble to work 5 days per week and rotate shift (Morning and Afternoon Shift) -Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage -Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred -Excellent communication skillsPolite and confident with a great deal of patienceAbility in multitasking and time-management -Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
