• Responsibilities include: -Understanding customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the Gold Elite Club . Qualifications: -Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to elite clientele via phone, email, and/or chat -Research and fulfill interesting customer requests that include:dining, entertainment, travel, sports and recreation, tourist and city information, gifts, and almost anything imaginable -Work with service partners to provide unique products and experiences for customers -Use various resources to research and fulfill requests and use web-based and/or computer-based programs to assist customers, enter pertinent customer data, and process required information -Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution Requirements: -Female age not over 30 years old(Thai Nationality ONLY) -Bachelor degree in Art-English, Humanities, or related fields -Good personality and service –minded oriented -Good communication skill, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members -Good command in speaking English -Welcome new graduates or 0-1 years' experience in Customer Service, Hotel, Airline least, Guest Service will be advantage -Able to work in shift time (Divided into 2 shifts:Morning session Shift 2 from 9.30 am.-6.30 pm,And Afternoon session shift 3 from 11.30 am.-8.30 pm.)
