Accounting Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly accounting closing with accounting mamager.
• Preparation of yearly budget with accounting manager.
• Prepare accounting documents for disclosure.
• Deal with accounting audit.
• Concerning to the Tax relevant: Corporate Tax/ Withholding Tax/ Vat/ Deferred Tax until arrangement document support the revenue dept whwn required.
• Deal with financial institution.
• Monitoring and managing A/R and ensuring that customers pay their outstanding balances on time.
• Checking and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Communicating with customers to discuss payment options.
• Resolving any issues related to credit efficiently and effectively.
• Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure that credit control and collection policies and procedures are being followed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Foreign Language : English
• Computer Skills : Microsoft office : Excel, Word
• Other Requirement : Accounting and finance
