Import Procurement Officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.  Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.  Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.  Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.  Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.  Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.  Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.  Develop cost reduction strategies and savings plans.  Respond to sales team and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.  Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.  Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.  Administer online purchasing systems. Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.  0 – 5 years experiences.  Proficient in use of common computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.  Good communication in both English and Thai.  Effectively communication skill.  Quick learner and ability to work under pressure.
