•  This specific role requires a candidate coming with 5 plus years of trainer’s experience with base foundation prior as Therapist and should have experience in some healing modalities.  Educated not only in generic Spa treatments but have obtained credentials in therapeutic, energetic and holistic side of treatments too.  Some educational and qualifications as example:  Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience, Medical Science, Sport Science, Physiotherapist or Traditional Thai Medicine. Diploma in Reiki level-3, Craniosacral, Quantum healing therapies, Acupressure, CNT, Chakra healing, Remedial body work including basic knowledge of Thai Herbs & plants etc  This candidate must have high desire to learn and teach different healing and medical modalities and openness with passion for learning other approaches to healing as well as the ability to work with other holistic and medical practitioners as part of a team  A strong desire to share these modalities with guests and hosts for the continued improvement of the wellness service on offer at Kamalaya  An highly organized and self-motivated team player with a personable disposition and excellent people skills, including the ability to relate to people in a friendly, understanding and professional manner  A sensitive person to understand the on-going development bearing in mind holistic/therapeutic treatments philosophy  Interesting in conducting research from time to time to develop new skills in therapy section including cascading those skills in upgrading treatments  Capable to further develop Lotus Academy Training curriculum, develop appropriate training materials and implement the testing and documentation  Capable to assist the Human Resources Manager with the recruitment and selection of departmental employees with skills assessment of therapists.
