Senior Finance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The Senior Finance Manager responsible for Finance and Accounting department and management of all accounting matters with accuracy, efficiency and timeliness. 1. Direct, coordinate and set up all aspects of the financial and accounting function to ensure compliance with local accounting standards and TAL Policies and Procedures. 2. Prepare annual budget for corporate and property in line with management direction. 3. Generate timely financial statements and other management reports such as 3 month forecast report, MMR and Cluster Report, Debtor Analysis Report, Closing Figures (PMS) Report, KPI Report and AM Report with standard TAL package and submit to HQ within deadline. 4. Formulate reporting and ensure that internal control system is in place. Support on internal audit matters with all Finance and Accounting Managers and Internal Audit from Capitaland. 5. Review all details of balance sheet for AIMT and all Thailand property on monthly basis. 6. Liaise with external auditors, bankers, lawyers, consultants, solicitors on legal and financial matters, tax and other government authorities and agencies. 7. Review and ensure that all expenditure is within budget allocation on monthly basis. 8. Assist in setting up of Finance and Accounting System, Oracle, and PMS for pre- operating project. 9. Recommend Property Manager in monitoring of operation results to maximize efficiency. 10. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Assistant Financial Controller and Country Financial Controller.

• - Minimum of 2-3 years in managerial level - Experience in audit. - Experience in hospitality business. - Have good English communication skills. - Have good managerial skills and problem-solving skills. - Competent in PC accounting software.
