Group Technology Supervisor (1 Year Contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - General user applications, server, network, services support and user handling skills, troubleshoot Hardware/Software issues. - Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support. - Install and configure computer hardware/OS/applications. - Replace the part as require, prioritize and manage many open cases at one time, talk staff or client through a series of action, either face to face or over the phone, direct unresolved issue to the next level of support personnel, record events/problems and their solution in the log. - Follow up and update user status and information, user-oriented and cool-tempered, monitoring systems and address to the notification alert. - Handle other IT related task assigned by the team leader.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Strong communication skill, Good communication both Thai and English. - Able to work after office hours as well as travel and work outside Bangkok when require.
