Application Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support the sales team in developing business opportunities and providing technical assistance throughout the sales process.
• Communicate and coordinate with both local and overseas suppliers regarding technical requirements, product specifications, quotations, and other sales-related matters.
• Visit customer sites together with the sales team to conduct product demonstrations, testing, and technical evaluations.
• Install products and provide on-site technical support after successful sales.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain products when customers experience equipment failures or technical issues.
• Prepare and submit weekly work reports to the supervisor and relevant stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer or in a related technical engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Good command of English in speaking but reading, and writing much be expert, as the company is managed by foreign executives.
• Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong presentation and customer training skills, with confidence in conducting demonstrations and training sessions.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for business trips when required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
