หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Research training needs at headquarters and in each region, with a particular focus on gaps in promoters' sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team and product department to develop training plans.
• Create annual training plans and policies aligned with company strategies.
• Design training programs for promoters, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Participate in designing and optimizing courses on product knowledge and sales skills.
• Develop practical courses for promoters, such as scenario simulations and case studies.
• Organize nationwide training events, such as product launch training and boot camps.
• Coordinate promoter-specific training programs to improve their sales performance.
• Establish and improve the training system, including building a trainer team.
• Create a comprehensive development pathway for promoters, from basic training to advanced skill enhancement.
• Manage and guide regional trainers remotely through online meetings and reports.
• Regularly organize training sessions for regional trainers to enhance their professional skills.
• Oversee regional trainers' efforts to improve promoters’ capabilities and achieve performance targets.
• Track training effectiveness, collect data, and generate reports.
• Adjust strategies to improve the training’s impact on business performance.
• Support product launch training and marketing activities.
• Ensure promoters fully understand product features and competitive advantages.
• Maintain and update the training materials library.
• Compile and share the latest industry insights and learning resources.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Education, or a relevant discipline).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in product training, instructional design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in delivering engaging and impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using training software, e-learning platforms, and multimedia tools.
