Guest Service Attendant (Night Shift)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Handles phone calls and manages the reservation schedule - Create reservation and booking during the night shift - Responds to reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance - Adheres to standards and operating procedures as outlined in the housekeeping and welcome guest’s manuals. - Maintains an inspection program for all areas, public areas, and guest rooms, and conducts inspections daily to ensure high quality of cleanliness. - Ensures every room is inspected everyday. - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. - All other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Female, age not over 40 years - Graduated High Vocational School or Bachelor's degree - Experience 1 years of service - Good knowledge of communication and super vision skills - Communicate in English and bargain skills - Good management skills: planning skills - Good computer skill - Self-initiative and ability to learn, responsible in work and duty - Able to work well under pressure by the specified period. - Able to work during the night shift (18.30 – 06.30 hrs.)
