พนักงานบัญชีและธุรการ (Accounting and Administrative Officer)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Accounting : Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation
• Administration : Coordinate, process general administration between clients, contactors and support Engineers in ongoing projects
• Support HR activities; prepare payroll, job posting, maintain up to date attendance sheet, leave request, manhour data
• Maintain and purchase office supplies.
• Coordinate IT activities with external service provider/IT company
• Coordinate and manage international shipping service.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree Major in Business Administration or related field.
• Having at least three years working experience in accounting and fiscal clerical work
• Well organized, ability to manage multiple task and schedules.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Basic knowledge of written and verbal English
