หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Retouching / Photoshop expert, teaching and Supervising position What are your responsibilities? we are looking for a retouching and photoshop trainer who would be able to supervise and train our staff in Phuket, Chiang Mai and Bangkok Analyse all existing workflows and report possible solutions for faster and better workflows to the management Implement new workflows and techniques to the teams Optimisation of the quality and productivity by teaching all staffs new techniques. What can you expect? Great Teamwork with all team-members including the Production-Management Short communication ways After a good performance the possibility of a full-time Position as a production manager This position requires a high skill level in Retouching and Graphics. We are looking for a person that is great with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Highest priority on Photoshop). This is a 3-6 Month Project at first. No full-time job. But IF the training was done great and successful a full time position as the production manager in one of our Branches would be possible. Thai or Foreign Nationality Great skills in Adobe Ps, Indd, Ai Speaks Thai and English. German language would be helpful Good teaching/training-skills

• 1. เพศ ชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทย 2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า สาขาออกแบบ นิเทศศิลป์ ศิลปกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตกแต่ง รีทัชภาพ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ กระบวนการผลิต 4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารทีม หรือผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 5. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง และสามารถบริหารทีมและวางแผนการปฏิบัติงานได้ 6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี ทั้งด้าน การฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการเขียน 7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาเยอรมันได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 8. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator ได้เป็นอย่างดี 9. สามารถยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาทำงานได้
