Responsibilities - Meeting various retail business owners. - Exposed to various retail business processes. - Solving business-software problem together with business owners. - Will be learning how to operate retail management software. - Receiving and collecting market intelligence on a regular basis on customer requirements. - Provide presentation and training on new functionality of the product to customers. - Testing new functionality of the software and feedback to engineering team. - Manage, advice and execute customer’s deployment process. - Provide customer technical support by responding to customer inquiries and requests via remote tools. - Routine occasional travelling to customers’ sites. - Routinely pull and reference system reports. - Report operational achievements and progress to the operations manager on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of action plans. - Perform other responsibilities as and when required by the Management.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ​Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. - Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Able to speak and write in English. Must be fluent in Thai. - Passionate to learn & good interpersonal skill. - Basic IT/Hardware knowledge (Devices driver installation, Printer installation, etc). - Experienced in IT hardware/software (preferable retail F&B related). - Posses own transport and willing to travel. - Willing to come to Malaysia for short-term training. - At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
