Interior Designer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Maintain administrative requirements and keep projects organized -Multi-task several projects at once staying productive and efficient -Communicate scheduling conflicts to your direct manager and provide solutions that enable you to complete your responsibilities -Produce and/or oversee the selection and design of all FF&E, finishes and general design concept beginning with conceptual design taken through the phases of design development, construction documents, construction administration and installation Accommodate deadline expectations agreed to by both client and design team -Coordinate with all or some of the following: private client, suppliers, and design teams -Occasionally present design ideas and details with confidence -Obtain and/or develop project budgets. Monitor and work to ensure project costs are within approved budget. -Visit job sites intermittently during a project to check progress and quality of work.

• Key Skills Required -Multitask proficiently and accurately -Effective communication skills and a hospitable disposition -Strong organizational and time management skills -Produce high quality work within given time limitations -Travel to any location to satisfy the project needs Education and Experience -Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related education -0-5 years of professional experience in Interior Design -Experience in Hospitality, Luxury Residential is preferred
