• Develop and implement creative idea, technical and copywriting solutions in Digital Content, Social Content, Website Content and Social Activity. • Contribute creative ideas on how to leverage digital content to help optimize and achieve client’s business objectives. • Create and maintain editorial content calendars for digital channel(s) • Monitors websites and social channels for customer inquiry inbox and comment. • Proofread and edit copywriting for both digital content, social content, digital ad and website UX copywriting. • Work with digital designer to create content that is appropriate for digital channel(s), creative, concise, tailored to the audience, and consistent with brand guideline. • Communicate project status information in a timely manner to appropriate departmental parties throughout all phases of each project. • Complete projects on time and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Communication Arts, Marketing, Marketing Technology, Advertising, Journalism, or related field • 0-1 years' experience creating idea & content editor for an online content via social media, email or website, publisher or ad banner. • Understanding of emerging trends and technologies, and the ability to institute best practices for digital contents. • Willingness to learn new platforms • Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency to see projects completed on time and with the highest standards of quality • Computer and technical skills • Problem solving skills • Search engine optimization (SEO) best practices (optional requirement)
