• Plan, implement, and configure analytics solutions that match the client’s needs to include: reporting, analytics tracking, SEO building, monitoring, offline and offline data integration. • Become an expert in our client’s Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other relevant digital analytics solutions. • Keep up to date on advances in tag management tools and Adobe Experience Cloud products, process, & documentation. • Provide client and team support for issues, research or questions regarding their digital analytics solutions. • Provide strategic insight, written briefs, and recommendations for clients and internal team. • Work closely with team and stakeholders to define and document client’s business goals, KPIs and reporting requirements. • Research, work with internal subject matter experts and clients to formulate success criteria/metrics for client to demonstrate ROI.

• Have the ability to collect and interpret data at an expert level. • Have technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques. • Strong analytical skill with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. • Superior knowledge of MS Excel and pivot tables. • Strong presentation skill (i.e.: MS PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent (in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics). • 1-3 years of experience working in data analyst role.
