หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• The Project Administrator at Kerry Express is responsible for supporting the execution of logistics and delivery projects, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to meet the company's objectives.
• Assist Project Manager in planning and executing logistics and delivery projects.
• Coordinate with various departments such as operations, customer service, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and project milestones are met.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Kerry Express policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization
• Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Kerry Express services, policies, and quality standards is a plus.
