Presales / Solution Consultant - CCTV, Parking Systems, and Manpower Solutions

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored security and parking solutions.
• Design and configure CCTV systems, parking gate automation, access control, and manpower services according to client specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and suggest the best solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of security and parking systems to potential customers.
• Develop and maintain technical proposals, including pricing, equipment lists, and manpower deployment plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, product development) to ensure solutions align with company offerings and capabilities.
• Act as a key point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting during the sales cycle.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies in CCTV, access control, parking automation, and manpower solutions.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure a smooth handover to project and service teams.

คุณสมบัติ

• In-depth knowledge of CCTV, parking gate systems, access control, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with manpower services, including security personnel and parking attendants.
• Proficiency in designing security and parking solutions using relevant hardware and software platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for security and parking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency with system design tools, CAD, and presales software.
